ADHD brains work differently—yelling won’t help.
They need understanding and strategies tailored to their distinct way of processing the world.
Changing the way we interact or their environment will unlock their potential.
My name is Tarryn Poulton – an Occupational Therapist and mom to a daughter with ADHD.
Why is that important for you to know?
Well, I have worked extensively with children for over a decade and have supported countless families and kids with ADHD both at school and at home. I have sensory integration training and understand the many needs of kids with ADHD and how ADHD impacts on executive function, emotional regulation and behavioural responses.
Also, as a mom of a kid with ADHD, I totally understand the unique struggles that parents of these awesome kids face. I’m not just another professional telling you to implement strategies that don’t work or are just too hard to implement. I’m in the trenches with you on a daily basis.
So, I am taking my years of OT knowledge and experience, along with my journey of raising a kid with ADHD and putting everything I’ve learned into the Quiet the Chaos Program.
I’m also super active on Instagram and love sharing there too…

Quiet the Chaos is a comprehensive program designed to help parents and children with ADHD establish effective routines, enhance focus, and cultivate a more harmonious family environment. It combines practical strategies, community support, and expert guidance to manage ADHD symptoms constructively.
The core program is structured to be completed at your own pace, with many parents seeing significant improvements within the first few weeks of consistent application of the strategies provided.
There are a good few courses out there but often they cost over $700. This is my full-time income but saying this, it needs to be a win-win for us. I’ve trying to give the best value at the best prices (while feeding my own kids – lol)
The strategies in Quiet the Chaos are beneficial for any child who struggles with focus, impulsivity, or disruptive behavior. While it’s tailored for ADHD, the program can help any family seeking to create a more structured and peaceful home life.
No, Quiet the Chaos is a supplemental resource designed to support, not replace, the advice of medical professionals. Always consult with a healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
