My name is Tarryn Poulton – an Occupational Therapist and mom to a daughter with ADHD.
Why is that important for you to know?
Well, I have worked extensively with children for over a decade and have supported countless families and kids with ADHD both at school and at home. I have sensory integration training and understand the many needs of kids with ADHD and how ADHD impacts on executive function, emotional regulation and behavioural responses.
Also, as a mom of a kid with ADHD, I totally understand the pressures our children face in a digital world and see the impact of it in my own family. So, I am in the trenches with you and know what it is like to deal with the constant screen time battles.
Today I’m sharing all my knowledge in the ADHD Screen Sense Program so you and your family can be creative, connected and engaged in the real world as well as in the digital one.
