A bit of background

My name is Tarryn Poulton - an Occupational Therapist and mom to a daughter with ADHD.

I’ve spent over a decade helping families navigate the everyday challenges that come with ADHD — at school, at home, and everywhere in between. I’m trained in sensory integration and executive function, which means I understand how those “big emotions” often have deeper roots in a child’s nervous system and thinking skills.

But honestly? What makes the biggest difference is that I’m living this too.
