While we stand behind the value of our courses and services, we understand that there may be occasions where a refund is appropriate. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations, and also helps protect us from misuse, miscommunication, or fraud.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request is made within the 30-day refund window.
- You provide a clear reason for the request (e.g. the course did not meet your expectations).
- You have not accessed or completed a substantial portion of the course.
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to:
- Ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct and accessible (especially when using Apple Pay or autofill).
- Check your spam, promotions, or junk folders before contacting support.
- Reach out to us via official channels — either our support email (support [at] nurtureadhd.com) or our contact page.
We cannot be held responsible for missed access emails or communications due to incorrect email entry or overlooked inboxes. Social media DMs or comments (e.g. Instagram) are **not monitored for support** and will not be considered valid communication for refund or access requests.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team and allowing us an opportunity to assist, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of delivery, login attempts, and support availability. Stripe and our payment processors are provided with detailed logs of:
- Email delivery
- Login links sent
- Course access timestamps
Submitting a chargeback on the grounds of “non-receipt” or “unauthorized access” without first contacting support may be treated as potential fraud and may result in the forfeiture of refund eligibility.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital products that have been fully accessed or downloaded.
- Subscription renewals beyond the 30-day refund window.
- One-time offers, discounted bundles, or limited-time promotions unless otherwise stated.
How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and email address used at checkout.
- Order number and date of purchase.
- A brief reason for your refund request.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
